We are seeking candidates for an operations support position in Eden Prairie, MN. The position is a hybrid role, so you will spend time working onsite. The initial training period is onsite.
Position Summary:
This is an entry-level Operations Support position within Managed Procurement Services (MPS). With supervision and mentorship, the contractor will ensure the smooth execution of the order process from order placement through final customer payment.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer service skills. The role focuses on removing roadblocks in automated order processes, managing shifting priorities, and executing operational efficiencies across various functions such as order planning, exception management, inventory management, and payment resolution.
The ideal candidate will excel in written and verbal communication, ensuring clear and concise interactions with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and external partners.

Normal hours for the most part (8-5), but we do have weekend and night rotational coverage. Individual can expect to on average have one week per month where they are asked to monitor emails in the evenings and work a few hours Saturday and or Sunday.
Power BI is our primary internal reporting tool. Many tasks are centered around being able to navigate in it. SQL and actually building reporting in power BI is not an expected skillset for these individuals. Experience in those things, that is a huge advantage.
